The idea was to create a contemporary home for two sisters with two separate individual homes that blend into one even while giving both its occupants ample privacy. The floor plan created a cozy structure with wooden walls that offered two rooms a dining and a sitting room a bathroom a kitchen and a terrace for each of them to enjoy.
Designed by Suman Architects this beautiful residence showcases a perfect alchemy of contemporary and rustic styles with the aesthetics of a traditional mountain home coupled with modern ergonomics and comfort.
A lower level with a gorgeous sunken courtyard and water feature leads the way towards the private bedrooms and guests spaces. The décor and color scheme inside the home is kept strictly minimal with the scenic view being the central focal point of the design.
Showcasing all of this in a refined contemporary fashion is the in designed by Søren Rose Studio. The beautiful home brings forth all the classic features of the Tribeca loft but with a hip New York City twist!
