The rustic bathrooms powder room and family area combine effortlessly with the more modern kitchen bedrooms and living areas.

The lower level of the vacation home contains the large living area with vaulted ceiling exposed wooden beams and stunning lighting. Next to it is the cozy family area kitchen and dining room that open up toward the mesmerizing snow-clad mountains in the distance.

Some of the materials from the original home were removed and reused in the form of unique weathered décor pieces and accent surfaces that celebrate the rich past of this beautiful row house.

The revamped Tasmanian home now contains the new living space kitchen and dining room on the lower level of the rear extension while additional bedrooms and entry are moved to the existing structure.
